Every stage is measured for management.

Illustrative example with fictional data.

A full waiting room shouldn’t feel out of control.

Nobody knows exactly who’s next

Front desk, doctors and patients end up working from different information.

Calls get lost

In a full room, calling patients out loud creates noise and confusion.

Waiting isn’t measured

Management knows there are delays, but not necessarily where they happen.

The schedule and the queue live apart

The team ends up typing information that already exists.

TURN connects arrival, waiting and care in one flow.

Patients check themselves in.

On a tablet at the entrance, with their ID. TURN finds them in the day’s schedule and tells them to watch the screen.

Accepted IDs (Colombia)

  • Citizen ID (CC)
  • Minor’s ID (TI)
  • Foreigner ID (CE)
  • Passport
  • Temporary permit (PPT)
  • If they don’t remember the number, they can search by name
  • They can say if they need priority care
  • Walk-ins check in too: admission assigns their doctor and service

The day’s patients, organized

It understands

  • Columns in any order
  • Different service names
  • Upper case, lower case and accents
  • One doctor written several ways
  • Instructions in the comments

Before importing you see a preview: how many appointments come in, what the system understood and what needs review.

Today it is proven with JV Cloud exports. For other systems we first review a sample file.

In developmentDirect connection with scheduling systems

Three experiences. One system.

For the patient

They arrive, check in and know when and where they’ll be called.

  • Tablet check-in, no paper tickets
  • The call shows on the TV, with the destination
  • Natural Spanish voice
  • The clinic decides how their name appears

For the team

Every station sees its live queue and acts with one click.

  • Live list in arrival order, with minutes waiting
  • Priorities and walk-ins
  • Rooms, procedure rooms and theatres with their own queue
  • Call, call again, start and finish
  • Mark “No show” and reassign when needed

For management

See how long each stage takes and where patients pile up.

  • Time per stage: admission, wait for the doctor and care
  • Patients seen and the status of every station
  • History you can download in Excel
  • A log of important actions

Not every patient waits in the same line.

A clinic doesn’t work as a single line. TURN respects priorities and the spaces of each service.

Priorities

  • Older adult
  • Pregnancy
  • Disability
  • Surgery
  • Surgery patients are prioritized automatically
  • Admission can adjust the order of a queue without changing the real arrival time

Each station sees its own

  • Room 2Consultation · Dr. Torres
  • Procedure roomProcedure · Dr. Vélez
  • Pain unitProcedure · Dr. Ríos
  • Pre-op areaSurgery · Before going in
  • Operating theatreSurgery · Dr. Torres
  • Each station sees only its doctor’s, service’s and space’s patients
  • If a doctor works in two rooms, admission chooses where the patient goes
  • Procedure rooms and theatres can have a waiting area before going in

Everyone knows when and where.

The waiting room TV shows the calls, the queues per service and each patient’s destination. Every call plays a chime and a natural Spanish voice.

Illustrative example with fictional data.
  • The clinic chooses how the patient’s identity appears
  • It rotates the clinic’s own images and videos
  • The voice is generated on the clinic’s own server

It’s not just knowing who’s next. It’s knowing where operations slow down.

TURN records the time of every stage. Management sees where patients pile up, how long each phase takes and how many patients each station saw, day by day.

Much more than calling a number.

Traditional queue system

  • A number
  • Paper ticket
  • Specific hardware
  • Licenses per station
  • Separate schedule
  • Limited information

ALMO TURN

  • An identified patient
  • No paper
  • Equipment you already have
  • No licenses per station
  • Loads the day’s schedule
  • Metrics per stage
  • Natural voice
  • Flows per service

It works with the infrastructure your clinic already has.

  • TVSmart TV or TV with a computer
  • ComputersAdmission and exam rooms
  • Local serverOne Windows computer that stays on

No proprietary kiosks, ticket printers or special hardware per station.

If the internet goes down, your waiting room keeps working.

TURN runs inside the clinic’s network. Check-in, calls and exam rooms don’t depend on the internet connection.
